For creators & solo brands

Turn attention into tracked revenue.

A post goes out, a few hundred people ask about the course, the collab or the coaching — and you answer maybe forty of them at midnight. Modus answers all of them on your WhatsApp number and your link-in-bio page, sorts buyers from fans, and tells you which piece of content actually produced a paying customer instead of just reach.

  • Every enquiry from a launch answered, not just the first forty
  • Buyers, collab enquiries and fan questions separated automatically
  • Instagram posts scheduled and published from the same board
  • Revenue traced back to the content and ads that produced it

Today

What it looks like right now.

  • A launch drops, hundreds ask the same three questions in a day, and you answer until 2am and still miss most of them.

  • By the time you reply to an enquiry from Tuesday, the person has moved on — attention was the whole window and it closed.

  • Brand and collab enquiries are buried under fan messages, so a paid opportunity sits unread for a week.

  • Price, syllabus, start date, refund policy, what is included — retyped a hundred times per launch.

  • You know the launch made money. You do not know which post, story or ad the buyers actually came from.

  • The audience you built is a list you cannot message again — everything lives in a DM thread you will never scroll back to.

Same problem, three sizes

A 5k account and a 2M account lose money in different places.

The problem never changes shape — more people ask than you can answer, and you cannot tell which content produced the ones who paid. What changes is the volume and what it costs you. At the bottom you lose the few enquiries you had; in the middle you lose the launch; at the top you lose the ability to tell a good month from a lucky one.

01

Nano & micro

Under ~25k followers. Selling a first digital product, a small cohort or your time, and doing every reply yourself.

10 – 100 enquiries a month

What breaks

You have few enough enquiries that losing five matters, and you still lose them — a DM asking about the course sits for two days because you were filming, and the person has moved on. Every enquiry you did answer lives in a thread you will never find again.

What Modus does

One agent on your WhatsApp number and your link-in-bio page answers price, syllabus, start date and what is included from your own material, at whatever hour it lands. Everyone who asks becomes a contact you own — so the fifty people who did not buy this time are a list you can message for the next launch.

02

Mid-tier creator

25k – 500k. Launches are a real event, brand deals arrive unprompted, and there may be one editor or VA who is not a salesperson.

Hundreds in a launch week

What breaks

Launch night is the whole business and it is also the night you cannot keep up. Three hundred people ask the same four questions in six hours, you answer forty of them at 2am, and a brand offering ₹3 lakh is buried under fan messages for a week.

What Modus does

Every conversation is handled at once, so the two-hundredth person gets the first person's reply speed. Intent scoring splits buyers, collab offers and fan messages into different piles, so the paid opportunity surfaces the day it arrives instead of the week after.

03

Large creator brand

500k+, or a creator-led business with a team, multiple products, retainer brand partners and real ad spend behind the launches.

Thousands a month, always on

What breaks

You are no longer guessing whether the business works, you are guessing which part of it does. Spend goes into ads, a launch does ₹40 lakh, and nobody can say which creative or which product produced it — so the next budget is allocated on the reel with the best view count.

What Modus does

The ad or campaign stays attached to a person from the first message through to the sale, so cost per paying customer is a number per creative and per product. The team works one shared inbox with full history, and the audience is a segmentable list you can run an approved WhatsApp campaign against for every launch.

The arithmetic

Reach is not the number you get paid on

Views, followers and saves are the metrics your platform gives you, and none of them are money. The gap between a launch that made ₹4 lakh and one that made ₹40,000 is almost never reach — it is how many of the people who asked got a real answer while they still wanted it.

Launch-night scale

Hundreds of simultaneous enquiries answered without you typing through the night

Per post, per ad

Sales traced to what produced them, so a launch is judged on revenue and not reach

Where the money went

The post with the most views rarely has the most buyers.

A reel that travels wide brings you thousands of people who wanted entertainment, not a purchase. Modus keeps the ad or campaign that produced an enquiry attached to that person through the conversation to the sale, so you can see which content brought buyers — and stop scaling the one that only brought reach.

The agent

What it does on every enquiry.

Answers a launch at full volume

The agent replies from your own material — syllabus, price, start date, what is included, refund terms — so five hundred people on launch night get the same fast, correct answer instead of a queue.

Separates buyers from fans and brands

Every conversation is scored on intent, so purchase enquiries, collaboration offers and general fan messages end up in different piles. The paid opportunity stops getting buried.

Works on WhatsApp and your own page

Runs on the official WhatsApp Business API on your number, and the same agent answers in a chat widget you embed on your link-in-bio or course page. Both land in one inbox with one history.

Schedules and publishes your Instagram posts

Compose, preview and schedule Instagram posts — with an optional cross-post to your Facebook Page — from the same board where the enquiries land, so publishing and selling are not two different tools.

An audience you actually own

Everyone who messages becomes a contact with their history, interests and what they bought. You can segment them and send an approved WhatsApp campaign for the next launch — not hope the algorithm shows them your post.

Every sale traced to its source

The ad or campaign that produced an enquiry stays on the record through to the sale, so cost per paying customer is visible per creative — not cost per click, which is what makes viral content look profitable.

Hands the real conversations to you

A serious brand deal, a negotiation, an upset customer or anyone asking for you personally is flagged immediately, with the whole thread already gathered.

In practice

How it runs.

  1. 01

    You post, they message

From a story link, a link-in-bio, an ad or your course page — the enquiry reaches your WhatsApp or your site chat and is answered in seconds.

  2. 02

    AI answers and sorts

It handles the launch questions from your own material, captures what each person wants, and scores who is actually buying.

  3. 03

You show up where it matters

You take the brand deals and the high-value conversations. Everyone else is answered, nurtured and reachable for the next launch.

Questions we get asked

Does it reply to my Instagram DMs?

No. The agent answers on WhatsApp and in the chat widget on your own page — that is where it works, and we would rather be plain about it than have you find out later. Modus does schedule and publish your Instagram posts, and the usual pattern is a story or bio link that moves people into WhatsApp, where the agent takes over.

Will it sound like me?

It is trained on your own wording, your offer details and your policies, and it stays in the tone you set. It is also instructed to say when it does not know something and pass the chat to you, which is what stops it from putting words in your mouth.

Can it take payments?

It answers, qualifies and sends people to your existing checkout or payment link. Modus records the sale against the contact so attribution works, but your money keeps flowing through whatever you already use.

What about a launch — can it handle hundreds at once?

Yes, that is the point of it. Every conversation is handled independently and simultaneously, so the two-hundredth person on launch night gets the same reply speed as the first.

Can I message my audience again later?

Yes. Contacts can be segmented and sent a scheduled campaign. Outside WhatsApp's 24-hour window that has to be an approved WhatsApp template — a platform rule, not ours — and Modus manages the templates and the scheduling for you.

I am a one-person operation. Is this too much for me?

It is built to be run by one person: connecting Meta is self-serve, the agent trains on material you already have, and there is a 7-day trial so you can watch it work on a real launch before paying.

Stop guessing which enquiries were worth it.

One agent works every lead on your own number and your website — and every deal it closes is traced back to what produced it. We handle the setup.
